Any person 18 years or older must submit an application. The application organizer will be able to send the application to the other applicants.

There is a $25.00 Application fee payable via Credit Card/Debit Card or ACH at the end of the application.

If you wish to not use our online application you must submit the application in-person to your onsite manager or directly to our office.

Application are submitted securely through our Sister Company Jesmar Properties Inc. via our third party partner RENT MANAGER®.

By signing your name on this application you are hereby approving Pristine Property Management to run a credit check and background check for application approval/denial purposes.
